RGCC-USA, LLC Terms and Conditions
1. APPLICABILITY OF CONTENT: The information presented by RGCC-USA, LLC on its Web site is not intended to be a substitute for medical counseling. The site is intended to help you make informed decisions about your health. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: You agree to: (a) maintain all equipment necessary for your access to and use of RGCC-USA, LLC Web site; (b) maintain the security of your user identification, password and other confidential information relating to any sites or links you may access; (c) be responsible for all charges resulting from use of your RGCC-USA, LLC account, including unauthorized use prior to your notifying RGCC-USA, LLC of such use and taking steps to prevent its further occurrence by changing your password; and (d) updating your personal contact information, including e-mail address.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY: ***** In case of canceling the analysis order after carrier pick-up, the policy is as follows:
a) Cancelation during the first 2 days after shipping (pickup) date, there will be a charge of less than or equal to $700 US dollars.
b) Cancelation between day 3 and within 24 hours of analysis completion, you will be charged 60% of the total initial price paid in US dollars.
c) Any cancelation after the 24 hours of analysis completion there will be no refund.
d) Once a credit card transaction is processed and a refund is requested and completed [before the sample is picked up by the carrier for shipment to Greece] there will be a charge for the cancelation deducted from the refund amount.
Talk with your ordering physician and have him contact us for the appropriate amount of refund.

Along with your notice of cancellation, be sure to include your first and last name and the doctor who you were seeing. Please note that RGCC-USA, LLC will not accept or open e-mail communications with attachments. Upon such notice of cancellation, we will promptly refund THE PROPER AMOUNT AS DESCRIBED IN THE CANCELATION POLICY [#3 ABOVE]. While there are no guarantees in the field of medicine, RGCC-USA, LLC is an institution that honors requests for refunds [following the guidelines of #3 above] when cancellations of the test must be made for whatever the reason.
4. WAIVER, RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: You agree that neither RGCC-USA, LLC, nor its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, consultants or information providers or suppliers, shall have any liability to you under any theory of liability or indemnity in connection with your use of RGCC-USA, LLC Web site. You hereby release and forever waive any and all claims you may have against RGCC-USA, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, consultants, information providers or suppliers for losses or damages you sustain in connection with your use of RGCC-USA, LLC Web site.
