***** In case of canceling the analysis order after carrier pick-up, the policy is as follows:
a) Cancelation during the first 2 days after shipping (pickup) date, there will be a charge of less than or equal to $700 US dollars.
b) Cancelation between day 3 and within 24 hours of analysis completion, you will be charged 60% of the total initial price paid in US dollars.
c) Any cancelation after the 24 hours of analysis completion there will be no refund.
d) Once a credit card transaction is processed and a refund is requested and completed [before the sample is picked up by the carrier for shipment to Greece] there will be a charge for the cancelation deducted from the refund amount.
Talk with your ordering physician and have him contact us for the appropriate amount of refund.

Please note that RGCC-USA, LLC will not accept or open e-mail communications with attachments. Upon such notice of cancellation, we will promptly refund THE PROPER AMOUNT AS DESCRIBED IN THE CANCELATION POLICY. While there are no guarantees in the field of medicine, RGCC-USA, LLC is an institution that honors requests for refunds when cancellations of the test must be made for whatever the reason.
